Will TFG PB pay for custom fees/duties?
– TFG PB will NOT pay custom fees, duties, and/or additional taxes due to international orders. Customs fees are determined by the country we’re shipping to and fees + additional charges are completely out of our control.

Where can I track my order?
– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email via USPS with the tracking number.

Can I get a refund for my return?
We offer store credit, which never expires. Cash refunds are subject to review and may not be accepted. Please read our Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my order?
– Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchasing. Orders cannot be canceled after 2 hours of the transaction taking place as the order has been sent to our shipping facility.

How do I use my Store Credit?
– Put in your code at checkout where it asks for store credit or coupon code, and then click apply. It will automatically deduct from your total amount.

Can I place an order over the phone?
