Two Fat Guys Paintball will only accept returns on non-working merchandise up to 15 days from the day you receive it.

If the item you receive is damaged, or does not function properly, then please send us an email with a detailed description of the issue. A Two Fat Guys representative will contact you as soon as possible. All returned items must be inspected and approved by a Two Fat Guys Representative before further action can be taken. We understand that things happen, and that’s what the return policy is for!

For all approved item returns, Two Fat Guys Paintball will provide a replacement of the item you purchased, if it’s available. The replacement item will be sent to you after we review your returned product to ensure it has not be tampered with, and is in fact not working.

In the event that TFG does not have any spare parts or a new version, the purchaser may receive a refund in the amount of the purchase price or another TFG product of the same value.

TFG will only replace older version replacements with a new version product if a) the old version TFG product has a product recall/defect b) the old version is no longer in stock.

TFG reserves the right to change the return policy at any time.
